Shipping Policy
We accept, process and ship the orders within Canada only.
This document sets out the Shipping Policy (Policy) that applies to customers who make a purchase at crocuscraft.ca.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-10 business days. We may contact you in case of unexpected changes to the processing timelines of your order.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
For all Canadian orders we offer the following carrier and shipping option:
Canada Post - Expedited Parcel - 1 to 7 business days
You will be provided with the details of a shipping method and shipping cost at checkout.
Shipping (Delivery) Address & P.O. Boxes
It is important that you verify the shipping (delivery) address and contact information before you submit your order. We cannot change them after your order is confirmed. Please make sure they are accurate and complete. We apologize but we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow the order processing time (3-10 business days) for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order prior to order fulfillment and shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and shipped. Please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.
International Orders
We do not accept international orders or offer shipping outside of Canada. We will update this policy in case of changes concerning international orders.
