Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") is valid for a period of 15 calendar days after the date of delivery of the product purchased from the online store - CrocusCraft.ca. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so, provided that the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 15 days has elapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Customer Service's email provided on the packing slip with your order if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
We require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase to assess and process the refund if qualified. Please note that we will not issue a refund without the aforementioned proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only regular priced items may be qualified for a return. Please note that we do not accept (qualify) for return sales or clearance items, gifts, charts or patterns, fabric markers, needles, downloadable or electronically delivered items.
Product return process
In order to start a return of an order, you must contact us first at Customer Service's email provided on the packing slip or using the communication form on the "Contact Us" page and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. If your request for a return is accepted, we will provide you with the RMA and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return and without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
If we provide you with a return shipping label, you will need to attach that label to the package and mail it to the address on the return shipping label.
Please pack the items carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is used or damaged more than necessary for inspection or does not meet the refund requirements.
Refund (if applicable)
As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If your return is accepted and the refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to the same payment method you used to purchase the item. Please note that there may be a delay in receiving your refund due to the processing time of the payment service, your bank or credit card company.
